Managing director
Robert Bechara
Robert began his career as a fully qualified builder, starting with home renovations in early 1999 in the inner west; He then continued his hands-on construction experience work which spread quite quickly around Sydney.
Robert then began completing larger residential apartment developments in the demanding inner west suburbs.
Robert later expanded himself into what is now Robec Developments. This expansion of his Company has led to multiple large dwellings of superb quality, catering for the residential and commercial sectors in the metropolitan district of Sydney.
With almost 20 years of experience in the construction and development industry, Roberts attention to detail and strong desire to make luxury apartments with state-of-the-art design, ensuring delivery of the highest standards along with outstanding work ethic is what allows him to drive Robec Developments to such a success.
Roberts’s strong passion, natural skills, deep market knowledge, honesty and enthusiasm for the industry has made him the success he is today.
Site Manager
Bechara Bechara
Bechara has spent his life around building sites gaining crucial knowledge and experience in the building sector. He has been with Robec developments from day one of commencement.
Site Foreman
Michael Yarrak
Michael has managed various trades in constructing multi-story units and apartments in the inner west and is experienced in liaising with various stakeholders, including government bodies and private consultants.
He has studied building and construction, construction management as well as architecture and design.
His well-rounded experience and strong character as a team leader on building sites is essential for Robec Developments success in producing high quality dwellings within the allocated time frame, ensuring all works are running to schedule while operating within Workplace Health and Safety guidelines and regulations.
Civil Engineer
Elie Feghali
Elie has over 15 years’ experience in the building and construction industry. He has a university degree in civil and structural engineering. He has been working alongside Robec developments for 10 years, designing all the structural engineer plans and providing certificates for all projects.
Hydraulic Engineer
Paul Arraj
Paul is a Civil Engineer who specializes in Stormwater Drainage Design. He has over 20 years’ experience in Local Government and Consulting. He has worked with us for over 15 years.
Marketing Manager
Eastside realty
developing and executing all the marketing strategies for launching the release of purchase of sale of the many property development sites for Robec. Ensuring the right techniques are implemented in an effective and cost-efficient marketing management strategy.
OFFICE CONTROLLER/ACCOUNTS
Kanchan Chhabra
Account manager her duties include office work such as answering phones, filing, paying accounts, scheduling appointments and preparing documents. She has been working with Robec developments for 2 years.
Leading hand
Malcolm Bechara
Malcolm assists in ensuring continuity of production on site, assists in training new employees, and performs manual work on the job sites. Operating on a reputation built on knowledge, trust, and honesty.
